This 287-unit development on a steep and wooded site has been carefully planned to work with the topography and site assets.  Studer Design designed the clubhouse, entrances, streetscapes, and planting (including the creation of ponds).  The front entrance cleverly includes public access via bus service, a secured entry, recreation center, ample parking and native plantings.  The recreation center boasts a clubhouse, swimming pools, and a multi-sport court.
